What this website collects

This site has no account system, no forms and no chat. It doesn't ask for your name, your email address or any health information. What it does collect:

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site: pages viewed, approximate location at the city level, device and browser type, how you arrived, and whether you tapped a phone number. Google sets cookies to do this. Google Analytics 4 doesn't store IP addresses, and we don't see them.
Server and security logs. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site to protect it, record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting, are kept for a limited time, and aren't used to identify you.
Phone calls. The phone number shown on this site is a call-tracking number. Calls to it may be recorded or logged, including the caller's number, the time and the length of the call, so we can see which pages lead to calls and so our answering service can return them. If you'd rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call.

How the information is used

To run and improve the site, to answer and return your calls, to measure which pages help patients reach us, and to protect the site from abuse. We don't sell personal information. We don't use it to advertise to you on other websites.

Who the information is shared with

Only the services that make the site and the phone line work: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Google for analytics, the call-tracking and answering service that handles our phone number, and Microsoft 365 for email. Each is bound to use the information only to provide its service to us. We disclose information when Illinois or federal law requires it.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block them in your browser settings, install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or browse in a private window. The site works the same either way, and nothing on it requires cookies.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you from this website and ask that it be deleted. Because the site itself collects almost nothing that identifies you, most requests will concern call records. Call (773) 555-0199 during office hours or write to us at the address above, and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Illinois residents may have additional rights under Illinois law, including the Personal Information Protection Act, where it applies.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them online. A child's dental emergency is handled by phone with a parent or guardian.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. This version is dated October 3, 2026.
